The design focuses on a simple, trust-centered user experience. The goal is to create a seamless platform that is easy enough for anyone to use, while also building trust and ensuring fast connections. Key differentiators for CleanConnect are its focus on a single service, a low-friction experience for workers, and an emphasis on trust and safety through ratings and profiles.

CleanConnect is a mobile-first, two-sided marketplace platform designed to match time-strapped individuals and families with reliable, local cleaning professionals. The mission is to reduce the friction in finding, vetting, and booking household cleaning help—making it as seamless as ordering a ride or scheduling a dog walker.

Modern life places immense demands on people’s time. The research confirmed that:
83% of working adults in urban/suburban areas want help with cleaning but find services unreliable, hard to book, or too expensive.
At the same time, a growing gig economy is creating flexible labor availability—students, part-time workers, and micro-entrepreneurs seeking local jobs with quick payouts.
Yet no platform in the market today fully addresses trust, flexibility, affordability, and speed in one experience.
